Grief Retreats in Mallorca
Grief has no timeline. Take the time you need
A safe space to rest, reflect and reconnect with yourself in the midst of loss
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Whether your bereavement is recent or happened some time ago, it may still feel raw, exhausting or even disorienting. A grief retreat is your space to simply be, without expectation or judgement.
There is no ‘right’ way to grieve, only your way
After a death, the world keeps moving, even when you feel like yours has stopped. Friends may not know what to say. You may find yourself holding it all in. A grief retreat gives you permission to stop, breathe, cry, share, or sit in silence—whatever you need on the day.
Grief may feel isolating, but you are not the only one
Whether your loss was sudden or expected, fresh or ongoing, grief can leave you feeling alone and desperate to talk with someone who understands. At the retreat, you’ll be gently supported in a group of others walking a similar path, each one grieving in their own way.
Caring compassionately & creatively
For more than a decade, I have guided people through the challenges of facing the end of life or losing a loved one. I do this with grace, dignity, compassion, and love.
Families are listened to, supported, and held, and every person is treated with the utmost respect.
Whether writing someone’s life story or supporting them on their final journey, I remain calm, practical, and clear — always seeking to see the best in everyone. With me beside you, you will be heard, understood, and supported.
What families say
And, truly, thank you for your work and for the sensitivity with which you have accompanied the group. Your presence and affection are evident in each of your contributions. It has been a great pleasure to have you with us once again.
I enjoyed having a whole day to be in connection with others.
I would come again, and would recommend to others. I actually enjoyed the anonymity of coming alone.
I enjoyed being with people who were accepting and non judgemental. It was a safe secure space in which to share what can be very deep and personal feelings.
I loved the sharing, hearing people’s stories and seeing their strength in how they moved through things. A really beautiful day with the opportunity to make heart felt connections.
It was an event that helped to heal wounds and share feelings of grief. In silence and with time for reflection, while creating sincere companionship in the pain of loss, respect. The beautiful and inspiring location and the timing of each activity was just right.
You make such a difference to so many lives Glynis, keep on sharing that massive heart of yours.
